About the Role
The Podcast Producer/Editor will play a critical role in bringing Stand Together’s mission to life by shaping the stories that inspire action through the Army of Normal Folks podcast. This role involves owning the podcast editing process, clip production, and posting assets on social media.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the video and podcast editing process from raw footage to polished episodes
- →Transform weekly interview files into a suite of premium content
- →Craft episodes with cinematic precision
- →Write episode titles and descriptions that spark curiosity
- →Optimize episodes and clips for downloads/views and follower growth
- →Collaborate on content strategy
- →Work closely with hosts, guests, and stakeholders to refine content
Requirements
- ✓5+ years proven experience in podcast editing, video production, and short-form clip creation
- ✓Demonstrated experience growing an audience and improving content performance
- ✓A mindset oriented toward experimentation and continuous improvement
- ✓Mastery of professional editing tools
- ✓Strong writing skills for narrations and social content
- ✓Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- ✓Enthusiasm to contribute to Stand Together’s vision
