About the Role
We are looking for an Inside Sales Manager to support business growth and transformation across North America. This role will build, mentor, and manage an Inside Sales Team while performing customer-facing activities throughout the sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- →Create, build, mentor, and track team’s KPIs
- →Provide strategic direction consistent with the overall business strategy
- →Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities
- →Manage inbound inquiries and recommend tailored solutions
- →Maintain and update customer records and pipeline status in CRM
- →Develop strong customer relationships to maximize retention
- →Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technical teams

- →Participate in training programs to stay current on products
