About the Role

We are looking for a Business Operations Lead to join our team at Stay22. This role works closely with the Chief of Staff to drive core operations and execute critical internal initiatives. The ideal candidate will thrive in ambiguity, bring structure to complexity, and build systems that help our fast-growing organization operate effectively.

Key Responsibilities

→Own the end-to-end planning and execution of the company’s two keystone events each year: the Annual Company Kickoff and the International Company Retreat
→Lead all aspects of delivery, including budgeting, vendor and contract management, travel and logistics, and onsite execution
→Design, implement, and continuously evolve the company’s centralized operating system
→Identify, pilot, and scale centralized, AI-enabled workflows and tools that improve efficiency and decision-making
→Ensure information lives in the right centralized systems with clear norms around what belongs where
→Collaborate with the Chief of Staff to drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives throughout the year

Requirements

✓English proficiency for daily communication with international clients and colleagues
✓8+ years of experience in high-performing environments such as strategic operations, management consulting, or roles in fast-growing technology companies/startups
✓Proven ability to take ambiguous, complex initiatives from concept to completion
✓Strong systems thinking and process design skills
✓Exceptional project management capabilities
✓High proficiency with modern collaboration and execution tools
✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
