Key Responsibilities
- →Own the product roadmap for Stedi’s Eligibility or Insurance Discovery offering
- →Contribute to a team that ships products daily
- →Define and drive strategy for real-time eligibility checks, benefit normalization, and payer connectivity
- →Report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Head of Engineering
- →Author complex technical product and business documents
- →Partner with design and engineering teams to develop and deliver features
- →Collaborate with engineering to prioritize and ship features that improve speed, reliability, and data quality
- →Measure product performance to track adoption and identify areas of investment
- →Support and provide expertise on other product initiatives
Requirements
- ✓Substantial product management experience at a healthcare software company
- ✓2+ years working in healthcare revenue cycle management, particularly eligibility verification workflows
- ✓Either Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or another technical field, or professional experience writing code
- ✓Demonstrable track record of driving product adoption and managing a product roadmap
- ✓Ability to translate complex customer requirements to a highly technical audience
- ✓Highly curious with a drive to understand and improve product quality
- ✓Thrive in an ambiguous environment with a drive to ship early and often
