About the Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in Large Language Models (LLM) and Generative AI to support public sector projects. This role focuses on driving innovation in government service delivery while ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities

• →Provide comprehensive business analysis services for government projects, with a focus on LLM/AI applications
• →Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business needs, translating requirements into innovative solutions
• →Develop detailed business cases, strategies, and recommendations ensuring compliance with industry standards
• →Lead business modeling, use case development, and craft user stories using tools like wireframing and journey mapping
• →Create and maintain enterprise architecture artifacts including logic/physical architecture, deployment models, and data flow diagrams
• →Conduct security analyses such as Checkpoints/Gating, TRA, PIA to ensure solutions meet security, privacy, and accessibility standards
• →Support agile and DevOps practices, creating test criteria and integrating architecture artifacts into development cycles
• →Guide the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and strategic goals
