We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join Stepful, a company reimagining allied healthcare training through affordable, online programs. This role involves crafting data-driven product experiences to support students from signup to graduation and job placement.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the strategy for prioritizing coach and instructor time to work with diverse student populations
- →Strategize how AI can enhance personalized experiences
- →Understand students, instructors, and coaches to be their voice across the team
- →Work closely with design, engineering, data, and other partners to learn and ship quickly
- →Communicate product roadmap and vision while managing priorities and tradeoffs
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of consumer-facing product management experience
- ✓Highly analytical with proficiency in SQL and data visualizations
- ✓Strong communication skills to relay insights
- ✓Ability to build relationships and influence decisions across teams
- ✓Hands-on approach to get the job done
- ✓Bias for action with the ability to make decisions among competing priorities
