About the Role
Stepful is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to join our Workforce Solutions team. You'll help healthcare employers build their future workforce by designing and configuring Stepful programs tailored to each partner's needs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead program design conversations during the sales process
- →Drive alignment with employer partners to configure Stepful programs
- →Lead internal cross-functional alignment across teams
- →Accelerate deal cycles by clarifying dependencies
- →Join and lead critical client meetings to present solution options
- →Serve as the implementation lead for client solutions
- →Act as a subject matter expert on Stepful's programs and workforce trends
Requirements
- ✓Experience managing senior client relationships at large organizations
