About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Solutions Engineer to join our growing team at Storyblok. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our technical capabilities and customer needs, acting as a trusted advisor to design and deliver tailored solutions for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with account executives to identify client needs and articulate how Storyblok can deliver value to enterprise prospects.
- →Lead product demonstrations and technical deep dives tailored to diverse stakeholder groups.
- →Create and present technical proposals, diagrams, and proof-of-concept solutions.
- →Act as a subject matter expert on the headless content management space, advising clients on best practices and integration strategies.
- →Assist in elevating the knowledge and capabilities of Storyblok’s implementation partners.
- →Lead client onboarding sessions and assist in knowledge transfer to customer success teams post-sale.
- →Work closely with our product team to communicate client feedback and advocate for feature enhancements.
- →Represent Storyblok at industry events, webinars, and customer forums.
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or a similar role at a B2B SaaS company.
- ✓Past work experience as a web developer or software engineer.
- ✓Familiarity with enterprise software ecosystems and integration practices.
- ✓Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- ✓Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- ✓Experience in working with monolithic/traditional CMS (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, Adobe AEM) is an advantage.
