StraitsX is seeking a Product Operations Specialist to join their team in Singapore. This role involves ensuring operational excellence in daily settlement processes for both fiat and blockchain-based transactions.

Requirements
- ✓At least 2 years of experience in Operations in a regulated financial environment
- ✓Broad understanding of transaction flows, risk control, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance
- ✓Understanding of stablecoins, blockchain networks, custody solutions, and DeFi protocols
- ✓Excellent organizational and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- ✓Ability to communicate/escalate concerns and facilitate discussions with stakeholders

- ✓Exceptional communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly
