About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical, strategic, and execution-oriented individual to join the Stripe Finance & Strategy team, who will be embedded with Bridge as an early member of their small and fast-moving data & finance team. This role blends data, financial analysis & strategy, and plays a key role in defining, measuring and forecasting the financial and operational metrics that drive Bridge’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Forecasting & Reporting: Own full P&L reporting and forecasting as well as budgeting to inform decision making across the company, with an emphasis on revenue and unit economics.
- →Pricing & Deal Modeling: Lead pricing strategy across our product suite. Build models to evaluate pricing for enterprise deals, existing key accounts and new initiatives.
- →Strategic Financial Analysis: Partner with business leaders to analyze the financial impact of strategic initiatives.
- →Metrics & Analytics: Partner with the data science team to define and build key business and operational metrics.
- →Define & Maintain Data Queries: Write and optimize complex SQL queries and views to support P&L reporting, forecasting, and ad-hoc financial analysis.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years in a strategic finance or analytical business operations role within a fast-paced environment.
- ✓Strong preference for prior experience in fintech, especially in the payments or crypto space.
- ✓Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- ✓Experience building integrated financial models from scratch.
- ✓Strong proficiency and advanced in SQL, with prior experience in building data tables and self-serve dashboards.
- ✓Intellectual curiosity to go deep on problems and opportunities.
- ✓Self directed, well organized, detail oriented and exceptional communication skills.
- ✓The ability to maintain high performance under tight timelines.
