About the Role
We are looking for a Financial Data Analyst to join Stripe's Delivery Center (SDC) team. This role involves streamlining workflows, improving observability, and providing incident support for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- →Streamline large, impactful workflows with high risks/low standardization
- →Create and maintain data pipelines and metrics to ensure accuracy and reliability
- →Serve as primary contact for incident support, performing root-cause analysis and driving resolution
- →Translate insights into process/product enhancements
- →Provide technical trainings on SQL, Python, and other tooling
- →Create and maintain documentation to improve team effectiveness
- →Identify automation opportunities and help build automated solutions
- →Streamline complex workflows through TMA and redesign
- →Serve as escalation point for technical issues
Requirements
- ✓At least 4 years of experience in a technical role with SQL query skills
- ✓Experience navigating complex financial systems and solving large-scale technical challenges
- ✓Strong analytical skills to investigate and identify root causes
- ✓Experience managing communications with technical and non-technical teams
- ✓Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Experience identifying and triaging technical issues
- ✓Demonstrated track record of process improvement
- ✓Investigative mindset and operations experience
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
