About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join Stripe's Collaboration team. This role focuses on building innovative GenAI-powered experiences that help Stripe employees be more productive.
Key Responsibilities
- →Work with a team of technically sophisticated engineers who put users first.
- →Own solutions from end to end, managing complexity and engaging directly with stakeholders.
- →Use both qualitative and quantitative metrics to determine priorities and measure effectiveness.
- →Uphold Stripe’s high standards for engineering and product quality and mentor newer team members.
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of industry experience.
- ✓2+ years of experience building rich web experiences using modern frameworks such as React, Vue, etc.
- ✓Experience working across a full stack, from user experience to API design to reliability.
- ✓Passion for enabling people to do their best work.
- ✓Track record of shipping LLM-powered or information retrieval experiences with a strong understanding of underlying technologies.
