About the Role
We are looking for an Implementation Consultant to join Stripe's Professional Services team. This role involves managing the onboarding process for mid-market and enterprise companies, helping them integrate Stripe's capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Proactively engage and guide users through the Stripe implementation process
- →Develop, manage, and implement a customer’s integration architecture, change management strategy, and timeline
- →Partner with Sales and Technical Services teams to improve the overall Stripe user journey
- →Engage with Product and Engineering teams to help drive product strategy for users
- →Collaborate with teammates on strategic projects that improve and scale our implementation process and team operations
Requirements
- ✓1-3 years of relevant professional experience
- ✓Experience in a customer-facing environment
- ✓Strong analytical, quantitative, and operational capabilities
- ✓Comfort in operating in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment
- ✓Experience collaborating on multiple projects or initiatives simultaneously
- ✓BSc or equivalent degree in a related field (technology, business administration, project management, etc.)
- ✓Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both English and Japanese to support the Japan market
