About the Role
We are looking for an Integration Engineer to join Stripe's Professional Services team. This role involves working with strategic users to provide technical expertise and help transform payments and financial infrastructure for leading enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architecture and Implementation teams to drive client engagement
- →Plan and execute integration engineering from high-level architecture down to code
- →Educate users and the developer community about Stripe's value proposition
- →Be the primary technical point of contact for largest users' and partners' technical teams
- →Keep abreast of new Stripe technologies and showcase technical thought leadership
- →Provide recommendations and best practices to product and engineering teams
- →Partner with Product and Engineering to refine Stripe’s product roadmap
Requirements
- ✓Superior verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English
- ✓5+ years experience in Software Engineering / Integration Engineering
- ✓Comfortable with various code-level debugging
- ✓Ability to explain Stripe's product features and API architecture
- ✓User first approach and empathy with users
- ✓Confident and comfortable with customers
- ✓Strong generalist technical experience
