About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join the Payments Intelligence team at Stripe. This role focuses on optimizing billions of dollars of transactions processed annually, maximizing successful transactions while minimizing payment costs and fraud.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop the long-term vision and strategy for Payments Intelligence and Optimization products
- →Understand users’ needs by spending time with developers, sales, and support
- →Build and launch new capabilities and products that bring significant value to customers
- →Set the pace, prioritization and execution for the team
- →Work with a wide range of systems, processes and technologies to solve technical and product problems
- →Collaborate with stakeholders across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Marketing, Sales, and Operations
- →Build and coach your team on best practices in defining product requirements
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of Product Management experience
- ✓Strong business acumen with ability to identify improvements and build solutions
- ✓Customer and Partner facing experience
- ✓Operational savvy with ability to design and drive cross-functional teams
- ✓Analytical horsepower with ability to dig deep into data
- ✓Crisp communicator with attention to detail
