About the Role
We are looking for a highly collaborative and action-oriented Project Manager to join Stripe's Performance and Careers team. This role will focus on optimizing our People portfolio and ensuring a 'Users First' employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and lead end-to-end project management strategies for performance programs
- →Advise and consult on projects across the Total Rewards and People portfolio
- →Build, use, and evolve project management infrastructure and templates
- →Build connection and improve cross-functional collaboration
- →Evaluate and measure the effectiveness of performance programs
- →Drive effective change management
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of project/program management experience in HR
- ✓Strong knowledge of project management frameworks and team operating models
- ✓Experience designing and implementing large-scale programs
- ✓Stakeholder management and engagement experience
- ✓Outstanding facilitation and communication skills
- ✓Strong organization and project management experience
- ✓Passion for learning, coaching, and continuous improvement
- ✓Ability to adapt and manage competing priorities
- ✓Comfort working both autonomously and cross-functionally
- ✓Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
