About the Role
Join Stripe's data science organization focused on Growth and Go-to-Market efforts. You'll be a key strategic partner to multiple teams, developing data products and insights to accelerate Stripe's growth engine.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide direction to cross-functional partners on business strategy for enabling Stripe’s growth
- →Provide senior technical direction to data teams on horizontal technical areas
- →Identify company problems and opportunities that can be tackled through data science
- →Contribute to the overall strategy, roadmap, and vision of your data science team
- →Evangelize and inspire best practices across data science
- →Provide mentorship to data science talent
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of data science experience or equivalent combined industry and research experience
- ✓B.S. / M.S. / Ph.D. in a quantitative field
- ✓Experience with modern causal inference techniques
- ✓Demonstrated experience leading organization-wide initiatives
- ✓Experience creating alignment with stakeholders in ambiguous situations
- ✓Demonstrated ability to balance execution with research and scalable design
- ✓Experience mentoring and developing peers
