About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join Stripe's team. This role involves supporting the company's largest and most complex users through cross-functional collaboration and strategic consultations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide a Gold Standard Experience to assigned accounts’ key stakeholders
- →Work with the Operations team to enable Gold Standard Experience across teams
- →Foster long term user relationships that grow loyalty to Stripe
- →Provide and implement operational solutions on various subjects
- →Work closely with Customer Success and other user facing teams
- →Lead user facing meetings both in person and through video chat
- →Collaborate on the continued design of this support offering
- →Create user-facing content for long term solutions
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 3 years experience in enterprise level client-facing work
- ✓Strong product sense and ability to solve difficult user related problems
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and (German or Polish)
- ✓Ability to lead complex integration conversations in a consultative manner
- ✓Familiarity with APIs and ability to explain API concepts
- ✓Familiarity with SQL and ability to build and modify queries
- ✓Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- ✓Professional, confident and collaborative personality
