About the Role
We are seeking detail-oriented Literacy Subject-Matter Experts to review and revise college-level lessons. You will check to confirm the accuracy and clarity of lessons to ensure our content is a great resource for students.
Key Responsibilities
- βFollow internal documentation to improve content accuracy and quality of provided lessons
- βReview and approve college-level lessons in your field
- βVerify content is accurate, on-level, and appropriate for the related course
Requirements
- βSubject-matter expertise in literacy
- βStrong editorial judgment for educational materials, with an eye for clarity, fairness, and learner-appropriate rigor
- βMeticulous attention to detail and consistency for question and lesson accuracy
- βAbility to work independently and follow structured procedures
- βA bachelorβs degree in literacy or related education field
- β3-5 years of teaching experience in literacy
- βExperience editing or developing educational content, assessments, or test-prep materials
- βExcellent written English and command of grammar, syntax, and tone for adult learners
- βFamiliarity with DEI guidelines for content publication
- βReliable internet and your own computer
