About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for critical parts of Suger’s platform, with a focus on AI-driven automation in revenue operations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design end-to-end user journeys for AI-powered workflows and continuously iterate on the user experience.
- →Work closely with Customer Success to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback on how customers interact with AI-driven features.
- →Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for intelligent systems that automate and optimize pricing, contracting, billing, and compliance workflows.
- →Define clear success metrics for AI-powered features, including adoption, accuracy, efficiency gains, and customer outcomes.
- →Partner closely with engineering to test, validate, and ship AI-enabled products.
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, developer platforms, or enterprise software.
- ✓Strong understanding of the full product lifecycle, from problem discovery and prototyping to production deployment.
- ✓Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across engineering, design, customer-facing teams, and leadership.
- ✓Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to uncover underlying problems and opportunities.
- ✓A data-driven mindset, with experience using data to validate hypotheses, evaluate AI system performance, and inform product direction.
- ✓Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, sales operations, billing systems, or cloud marketplaces is a strong plus.
- ✓Experience working on AI-powered products, automation, APIs, or data-intensive systems is a strong plus.
