About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager Lead for Experian Mortgage to guide innovation and legacy solutions for core credit products serving the mortgage industry. This role involves defining product vision, identifying gaps in current product sets, and ensuring solutions comply with regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build a solution strategy to grow revenue by differentiating core credit solutions from market competitors
- →Identify improvement opportunities in product operations and work with cross-functional teams to provide excellent customer experience
- →Engage at senior leadership levels to promote product strategy and earn confidence in implementation capabilities
- →Collaborate on go-to-market strategy, joint selling efforts, and product training for Experian Sales teams
- →Work with multiple Experian teams and external partners to ensure services are positioned according to other Experian capabilities
- →Apply market intelligence and P&L analysis to establish priority and support sales team in identifying target accounts
- →Understand and maintain compliance guardrails for products, adapting to various companies and institutions
- →Develop sales training and selling materials based on Return on Investment
- →Conduct Voice of the Customer engagements and lead product messaging and positioning
- →Leverage existing and grow new relationships with industry participants
- →Travel up to 15% to represent Experian with clients, at conferences, or for internal meetings
Requirements
- ✓Consumer Credit expert with deep experience using consumer credit in mortgage decisions
- ✓Product Leader with successful experience launching and managing data, technology, and/or analytical products in a B2B setting
- ✓Collaborator who builds relationships and connects ideas across internal and external opportunities
- ✓Curious and tenacious, with an interest in looking for new opportunities while being mindful of compromise
- ✓Determined with a fierce commitment to challenging the status quo
- ✓Willingness to travel up to 15%
