About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join Sully.ai, a healthcare company revolutionizing the industry with AI solutions. This role involves owning technical project delivery across all business areas and building processes around sprint cadence and delivery standards.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and enforce end-to-end project governance across Sully.ai’s agents and teams.
- →Define sprint cadence and delivery standards to accelerate cross-functional execution.
- →Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines for rapid, high-quality releases.
- →Translate complex technical milestones into clear stakeholder communication.
- →Establish playbooks and repeatable frameworks for engineering delivery.
Requirements
- ✓7+ years in technical project/program management, with at least 3 in early-stage startups.
- ✓Strong command of Agile methodologies (JIRA, retrospectives, sprint planning).
- ✓Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- ✓Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and scripting in Python/Bash.
- ✓Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.
