About the Role

We are looking for an Inbound Account Executive to join our Nordics team in London. This role focuses on engaging with inbound leads from the Nordic region and guiding small and medium-sized businesses through their first steps with SumUp.

Key Responsibilities

→Engage with inbound leads generated by our marketing team across the Nordic markets
→Connect with small and medium-sized businesses via phone and email
→Deliver tailored product demos and explain how SumUp solves real-world business challenges
→Manage your pipeline in Salesforce
→Track your performance and report on results
→Collaborate closely with the wider Nordics team

Requirements

✓Speak English fluently and one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian) at professional level
✓Have experience in a phone-based or customer-facing role
✓Feel confident engaging decision-makers and building trust quickly
✓Are curious about fintech and motivated to understand the Nordic SMB landscape
✓Thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
