About the Role
We are looking for an Onboarding Agent to join SumUp, a global FinTech company empowering small businesses. This role involves facilitating the verification process for clients and ensuring compliance with AML regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Communicate with newly-registered merchants via email.
- →Review and verify merchants’ registration documents.
- →Resolve queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- →Identify and report trends in merchant queries.
- →Follow best practices and company policies.
- →Identify changes to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- →Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- ✓Excellent command of English and Dutch.
- ✓Strong team player able to interact with colleagues at all levels.
- ✓Strong time management and organizational skills.
- ✓Enthusiastic, dedicated, and willing to learn.
- ✓Previous experience in handling high volume of support email queries is an advantage.
- ✓Comfortable working with data.
