Join our team as a Revenue Operations Enablement Specialist!
This is a fixed hybrid role onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at HQ in Maple Plain, MN.

The Revenue Operations Enablement Specialist drives the development and delivery of enablement programs, content, and tools that empower revenue‑facing teams to successfully onboard, continuously develop their skills, and accelerate sales performance. This role partners closely with Sales, Product Management, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure enablement initiatives are aligned with business priorities and product strategy. The Revenue Operations Enablement Specialist reports to the Revenue Operations Enablement Manager and plays a key role in supporting scalable, data‑driven revenue growth.
What You'll Do
• Content Creation & Production
• Develop and update engaging, high-impact internal and customer-facing assets, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, talk tracks, and email templates.
• Create and edit training videos and multimedia resources to support onboarding and continuous learning.
• Translate technical product features into compelling, value-based messaging tailored to specific buyer personas.
• Content Management & Governance
• Own, organize, and maintain the centralized enablement content repository (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, Confluence) to ensure easy access to up-to-date materials.
• Implement content governance, including auditing, tagging, version control, and archiving, to ensure accuracy and freshness.
• Establish a "searchable" taxonomy for content to enhance user experience for reps.
• Performance Tracking & Optimization
• Track and analyze content usage, adoption, and engagement metrics (e.g., page views, download rates) to measure effectiveness.
• Gather feedback from the sales team to improve content usability and impact.
• Collaboration & Communication
• Partner with Marketing on go-to-market (GTM) launches to ensure sales readiness.
• Regularly communicate updates on new tools, processes, and content via newsletters or Slack. 
• Deliver content across channels in a timely and organized manner to support revenue teams.
• Prioritizes feedback and engagement and aims to make the teams in which they support an active part of the training process.
What It Takes
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 3-5 years’ experience with Training in a remote or live setting
• Previous sales training, enablement, curriculum development experience
• Knowledge about the sales process and skilled in content creation, oral and written presentations, and revenue enablement delivery models
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly identify needs of stakeholders and proactively propose programs in support of team goals
• The ability to be an engaging presenter who can deliver information effectively and encourages participation in remote, hybrid and in person environments
• A proactive mindset, highly motivated, and adaptable to change
• Experience in SaaS
• Very strong organizational and prioritization skills
