About the Role
We are looking for a Mobile Engineering Manager to join Suno, a rapidly growing music company that has reached $200 million in subscription revenue. This role involves leading and growing teams that develop and maintain our mobile apps, with a focus on Android development.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage, develop, and grow a team of mobile engineers and team leads
- →Conduct interviews, hiring, performance management, and career development
- →Partner with product and engineering leaders to facilitate cross-team alignment
- →Ensure high code quality, robust testing, and scalable architecture
Requirements
- ✓7+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years managing a mobile engineering team
- ✓Experience writing production code and leading engineering teams
- ✓Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- ✓An obsession with great user experiences and rapid iteration
- ✓Experience at a consumer tech company preferred
- ✓Experience scaling teams to 20+ software engineers preferred
- ✓A love of music preferred
