We need a Senior Account Executive based in Singapore to own this territory, accelerate its growth, and expand our presence across the region.
This is a hunter role for someone who thrives on creating pipeline, acquiring net new logos, and closing complex mid-market deals. We're an AI-first company currently deploying AI agents across our GTM motion to handle the repeatable β so you can focus on what humans do best: high-value conversations, strategic deal-making, and becoming a trusted partner to high-growth companies across the region.

Your day-to-day work and responsibilities will include:
β’ Develop and execute a comprehensive outbound sales strategy laser-focused on net new logo acquisition β leveraging AI agents to handle the repeatable, so the majority of your energy goes into high-value prospecting and closing, not inbound leads.
β’ Build and expand pipeline through targeted outreach, strategic account research, and multi-channel prospecting β owning the full sales cycle from first contact to close with key decision-makers in marketing, data engineering, and operations.
β’ Educate prospects, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and close deals that solve complex marketing challenges using Supermetrics' full product suite β including ETL, API, Data Activation, Data Warehousing, and Marketing Intelligence Platform solutions.
β’ Work strategically with solutions and technology partners (including Google) to co-source and close net new logos, accelerating our market presence across JAPAC.
β’ Take full ownership of your territory's revenue growth β forecasting accurately, managing a healthy pipeline, and consistently delivering against ambitious business targets.
β’ Serve as the voice of the market internally β sharing field insights with product, marketing, and leadership to refine Supermetrics' positioning and go-to-market approach across JAPAC.
This position is for you if you have:
β’ 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B tech sales experience, with a history of closing outbound-led, full-cycle deals in Asian markets.
β’ Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline on your own and close complex, outbound-originated deals from prospecting through to contract.
β’ Deep knowledge of MarTech, AdTech, and CDP solutions β including data activation, digital marketing, business intelligence, and data warehousing. You speak the language of Supermetrics prospects and can articulate the full data journey from ingestion to activation.
β’ Clear and effective English communication abilities for presenting technical benefits and negotiating with senior stakeholders and proficiency in Thai is highly valued for engaging our key Thailand market.
β’ A genuine commitment to the craft of selling β disciplined pipeline management, timely CRM updates, and a data-first mindset β paired with an AI-first attitude. Direct experience with AI-powered sales tools or curiosity about how AI is reshaping B2B GTM will set you apart.
