We are looking for a Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO across various business functions including strategy, recruiting, operations, fundraising, and culture. This is a highly important role within the company that requires exceptional traits rather than specific skills.
Key Responsibilities
- βWork closely with the CEO across business functions
- βTake over parts of the CEO's job and execute them effectively
- βFocus on areas where the company needs the most support
- βHandle recruiting, investor relations, internal communications, and brand
- βManage special projects, modeling, analytics, and company goal-setting
Requirements
- βStrong taste, high IQ (>130), and high EQ
- βLow or medium ego and high ambition
- βStrategically sharp with brilliant writing skills
- βExtremely reliable with a strong talent radar
- βPassion for health and great cringe radar
- βBackground in venture capital or as a founder preferred
- βHigh attention to detail, great people skills, and strong intuition
- βStrong communicator, both written and verbal
