About the Role
We are looking for an AI Solutions Builder to join Kana, an agentic AI platform for marketers. This role involves working directly with enterprise customers to understand their business problems and build applications using AI coding agents.
Key Responsibilities
- →Deliver high-quality marketing applications that customers rely on in production
- →Understand enterprise customer workflows, pain points, and success criteria
- →Design and build end-to-end full-stack applications using AI coding agents
- →Review AI-generated code for correctness, performance, and architecture
- →Debug issues by reading logs and tracing errors
- →Own the customer relationship through the build lifecycle
- →Ensure applications meet enterprise standards for reliability and performance
- →Work with platform engineering team to shape how we build software with AI
Requirements
- ✓Hands-on experience with AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Copilot
- ✓Technical literacy in Python, React/JavaScript, and SQL
- ✓Ability to translate business requirements into buildable solutions
- ✓Strong communication skills for interacting with enterprise stakeholders and engineers
- ✓Systems thinking approach to data flow, edge cases, and performance
