We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join super{set}, a data and AI-native startup builder. This role involves shaping talent brand, leading high-value searches, and supporting portfolio founders with critical hires.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design recruiting strategy for attracting exceptional talent
- →Run full-cycle talent searches across engineering, product, and GTM
- →Source and engage high-caliber talent using targeted outreach
- →Drive tight hiring processes with strong calibration and feedback loops
- →Track pipeline health and recruiting metrics
- →Test and own talent positioning and messaging

Requirements
- ✓5–8 years experience, ideally as first recruiting lead at an early-stage startup
- ✓Proven ability to run specialized, search-oriented recruiting efforts
- ✓Strong talent network within engineering, product, and GTM community
- ✓Excellent communication skills and ability to influence at all levels
- ✓Doer mentality with strong growth mindset
