About the Role

We are looking for a Senior SEO & AI Content Specialist to join our Search & AI Visibility team. This role focuses on increasing how Superside is surfaced, understood, and ranked across both traditional search engines and emerging AI platforms. You will shape how our content is structured, optimized, and surfaced across the evolving search and LLM landscape.

Key Responsibilities

→Enhance and optimize content across the blog and website for both search engines and AI platforms
→Build and maintain AI-assisted workflows and automations that improve content operations
→Monitor and analyze Superside's presence across LLMs, turning insights into recommendations
→Integrate AEO, GEO, and AI search principles into briefs, outlines, and content updates
→Improve on-page structure and technical signals including metadata, schema, and internal linking
→Run experiments on emerging AI search trends and contribute insights to shape strategy

Requirements

✓Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
✓4+ years in SEO content creation, optimization, or content operations
✓Strong systems mindset to design scalable workflows for research and optimization
✓Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals including keyword research and on-page optimization
✓Hands-on experience with AI-driven tools and workflows
✓Analytical and growth-oriented approach using data to measure impact
✓Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
