About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Human Resources Team at SupplyHouse.com. This individual will support our full-cycle recruitment efforts by sourcing, engaging, and guiding top talent through every stage of our hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- →Proactively build and manage a pipeline of qualified candidates using Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other tools
- →Review applications and resumes to identify candidates whose knowledge, skills, and abilities best align with each role
- →Conduct Zoom interviews and complete detailed interview scorecards and evaluations
- →Schedule and coordinate interviews to ensure a smooth experience for candidates and Hiring Managers
- →Administer technical, creative, and personality assessments, as well as background checks
- →Keep the hiring team informed through clear, timely internal communication
- →Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- →Maintain organized, up-to-date candidate records and track key recruiting metrics
- →Represent our company at hiring events and university career fairs
- →Stay informed on recruitment trends, job boards, salary data, and market insights
- →Support the Talent Acquisition Team Lead with additional recruitment tasks
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
- ✓3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Recruitment
- ✓High-level proficiency of written and verbal communication in English
- ✓Proven experience in technical hiring (Engineering, Product, IT, or similar roles)
- ✓Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred) and sourcing tools
- ✓Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks
- ✓Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume, and process-driven environment
- ✓Positive, professional, and self-motivated attitude
- ✓Proficiency in MS365, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite
