About the Role
The Business Intelligence Analyst plays a key role in driving operational excellence by developing advanced Tableau dashboards and delivering strategic insights that improve performance and decision-making across operations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, build, and maintain complex Tableau dashboards and reporting tools that visualize operational KPIs and trends
- →Perform advanced data analysis to identify inefficiencies, forecast costs, and support capacity planning
- →Ensure data integrity by mining systems, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining robust data pipelines
- →Identify data-driven areas of opportunity for growth and improvement in Implementation Operations
- →Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define metrics and deliver actionable insights
- →Lead initiatives to automate reporting processes and improve data accessibility for business users
- →Support strategic planning through scenario modeling, budget forecasting, and performance benchmarking
- →Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the development of BI best practices and documentation
