About the Role
We are seeking an entry-level Business Intelligence Analyst to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive performance and strategic decision-making across operations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Maintain and analyze large sets of operational data and metrics for internal stakeholders and external customers
- →Develop and manage Tableau dashboards and automated reporting tools to visualize KPIs and trends
- →Mine systems for relevant data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure data integrity
- →Build productivity tools and quantitative models for service metrics, cost forecasting, cycle times, and capacity planning
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities
- →Assist in developing cost forecasts, budgets, and strategic planning through data analysis
- →Interpret complex data relationships and respond to unexpected events with problem-solving agility
