About the Role

We are looking for a Backend Software Developer to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing, developing, and scaling core backend systems for cutting-edge contact center solutions.

Key Responsibilities

→Provide deep technical expertise in backend development, code reviews, and architectural discussions
→Design, develop, test, and deploy backend software solutions using Node.js and Java
→Architect and optimize relational database schemas, write efficient queries, and ensure data integrity
→Develop and maintain components for real-time communication, including WebRTC, SIP signaling, and RTP streaming
→Explore and implement solutions for audio/video media processing and integration
→Contribute to the development of contact center-specific features and integrations
→Identify and address performance bottlenecks to ensure platform scalability
→Diagnose and resolve complex production issues
→Work closely with product managers, architects, QA engineers, and other stakeholders

Requirements

✓Strong experience with Node.js and Java
✓Expertise in database design and optimization
✓Knowledge of real-time communication technologies like WebRTC, SIP, and RTP
✓Experience with audio/video media processing
✓Understanding of contact center domain
✓Ability to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
✓Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
✓Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
