About the Role
We are looking for an HR Manager to join our team. This role focuses on maintaining the pulse of the site and programs, partnering with business stakeholders, and driving HR strategies that enhance business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Maintain and understand the pulse of the site and/or programs
- →Partner with Business & Functional stakeholders to establish and execute HR strategies that drive business performance
- →Drive operational excellence in key HR practices and lead initiatives driving employee engagement, retention, and development
- →Analyze and design solutions that address chronic performance challenges
- →Formulate initiatives to improve retention, satisfaction, and engagement
- →Understand, communicate, and apply reward strategy
- →Apply employee relations and employment practices to create a positive, ethical, effective work environment
- →Produce and deliver standard and customized HR reports
- →Manage disciplinary, grievance, and compliance processes and respective investigations
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in HR management
