About the Role

We are looking for a Japanese Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our team for Music Streaming Services. This role involves managing subscriptions, assisting with account registration, and handling cancellation requests to ensure customers enjoy a seamless music experience.

Key Responsibilities

• →Provide bilingual customer support (English + Japanese) across multiple channels
• →Handle Email/Chat/Calls for customers using provided tools
• →Resolve customer issues and establish rapport with consumers
• →Accurately capture all required information in respective tools
• →Report all happenings on email/chat/calls to supervisors
• →Complete tasks within specified timeframes
• →Adhere to company rules and regulations
• →Follow non-disclosure agreements
