About the Role

We are looking for a Korean-English Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our Music Streaming Services team. This role involves managing customer subscriptions, assisting with account registration, and handling cancellation requests to ensure customers enjoy a seamless music experience.

Key Responsibilities

• →Provide bilingual customer support (English + Korean) across multiple channels including live and non-live interactions
• →Handle customer inquiries via Email, Chat, and Calls using provided tools
• →Resolve customer issues effectively while maintaining positive rapport
• →Accurately capture all required information in the respective tools
• →Report all customer interactions to the respective supervisor/lead
• →Complete all tasks within specified timeframes
• →Adhere to company rules and regulations
• →Maintain confidentiality through adherence to non-disclosure agreements
