Key Responsibilities

• →End-to-end management of a project or program of projects
• →Scope, time, cost, quality, human resource, communications, and risk management
• →Manage all phases of project – Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitor and Control, and Closing
• →Effective use of project management methodology, processes, tools, techniques, and templates
• →Manage project scope and scope changes, and motivate the team
• →Being the single point of contact for assigned projects and customer representation
• →Act as a trusted adviser for assigned clients and assist with the development of roadmaps
• →Manage issues proactively and report on project status to stakeholders
• →Manage project related revenue and revenue forecast
• →Measure the quality and efficiency of each delivery and contribute to project management methodology improvements
• →Be part of the broader PM community to increase efficiency of Project Management at the company
