About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team for the NICE System program. This role involves working on various customer billable projects and collaborating with customer sales and service organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Gather requirements and create project documentation deliverables
- →Perform data analysis and application configuration
- →Write SQL and conduct unit and system testing
- →Work closely with customer sales and service organizations to define application metrics, reports, dashboards, data mapping, and other integration requirements
- →Lead and develop use/test cases and test data to deliver high quality solution results
- →Support the customer and internal teams during all customer Acceptance Testing phases
- →Communicate and train others on NICE solutions – overall business value and process, as well as detailed features and functionality
- →Contribute to the team’s continual improvement process by preparing System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) documents
- →Use best practice methods, quality standards, and guidelines on all project phases
- →Travel to customer sites to conduct work in a professional and organized manner
Requirements
- ✓Experience in requirement gathering and creating project documentation
- ✓Strong skills in data analysis and application configuration
- ✓Proficiency in writing SQL
- ✓Experience in unit and system testing
- ✓Ability to work closely with customer sales and service organizations
