About the Role
We are looking for a Salesforce Solutions Architect to join our team at Sweep. This role involves serving as a trusted technical advisor to customers, owning solution design from discovery through delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead customer discovery sessions to understand business requirements, technical constraints, and success criteria
- →Own technical scoping, solution architecture, and implementation plans for Salesforce-based solutions
- →Design and implement Salesforce solutions including data models, automation, security models, and custom functionality
- →Provide hands-on configuration and development using Sweep and Salesforce tools
- →Serve as the primary technical and consultative point of contact for customers throughout the engagement
- →Manage multiple customer projects simultaneously, balancing timelines, scope, and technical complexity
- →Collaborate with internal Product and Engineering teams to align customer needs with product capabilities
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of solution design and delivery experience, including hands-on Salesforce work
- ✓Proven experience working directly with customers in a technical, customer-facing role
- ✓Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, and automation
- ✓Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and development
- ✓Ability to scope projects, estimate effort, and manage multiple parallel engagements
- ✓Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
