About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join Sword Health, a company transforming healthcare through its AI Care platform. This role involves developing web-based applications and analytics dashboards that improve healthcare outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

→Stay up to date with web technologies and software architecture principles
→Develop new lifecycles with emphasis on software quality processes
→Participate in training and skill-building for other web developers
→Monitor performance in production environments
→Create and run load tests to analyze application performance
→Develop web-based applications with rich interaction and responsive design
→Develop analytics dashboards and web data visualization tools
→Work with the clinical team to determine system workflows

Requirements

✓5+ years of experience with web development
✓Experience with Golang or NodeJS is mandatory
✓Knowledge of SQL language and managing SQL databases
✓Ability to write high-performance, reusable code
✓Knowledge of Software Engineering patterns with focus on Web Services development
✓Knowledge of caching software like Memcached or Redis is a plus
✓Knowledge of continuous integration/deployment process and tools
✓Excellent communication skills, problem-solving, and proactive attitude
✓Good level of written and technical English
✓Ability to design and implement AI-powered workflows
