About the Role
We are seeking a Data Analyst with experience in Operations to join our team. This role involves data manipulation, A/B testing, and report building to drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, execute, and measure A/B and multivariate tests
- →Build reports and visualizations using Tableau or similar BI tools
- →Analyze data from disparate sources and address data quality issues
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop products and services
- →Translate data into business insights for stakeholders at all levels
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- ✓3+ years of hands-on experience in Data Analytics, specifically in Operations
- ✓3+ years of experience in data manipulation using SQL
- ✓Experience in an eCommerce or Digital Commerce environment
- ✓Strong problem-solving ability and excellent communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- ✓MBA or Master’s in Analytics, Statistics, or other quantitative field
- ✓5+ years of experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling using R, STATA, SAS, Python, etc.
