About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join Syngenta's Commercial team in Murray, KY. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and supporting digital solutions for our stakeholders and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Deliver exceptional reactive and proactive service to stakeholders and customers of our digital solutions
- →Foster regular strategic collaborations with Product, Training, Marketing, and Commercial teams
- →Provide tier 2 level support and mentorship to other team members as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
- →Ensure customer interactions are timely and well documented within ticketing software
- →Adhere to triage procedures to promptly escalate issues with Subject Matter Experts and/or Product Teams
- →Actively participate in daily Customer Care Meetings to stay informed on current events and issues
- →Train customers on how to best utilize software using needs-discovery tactics
Requirements
- ✓Experience with software programs and digital tools
- ✓Strong communication and collaboration skills
- ✓Ability to provide tier 2 level support and mentorship
- ✓Familiarity with ticketing software
- ✓Understanding of triage procedures and escalation processes
