About the Role
Syngenta’s Operations & Trialing Team is seeking a Research Associate to support the Trialing Manager in executing research-level yield trials on time, with high precision and accuracy. This role will generate high-quality data to identify superior performing products in corn and soybean during the growing season.
Key Responsibilities
- →Function as an integral team member responsible for planting, plot maintenance, spraying, note taking (phenotyping), and harvesting research level yield trial plots.
- →Operate and maintain agricultural machinery and research equipment such as precision planters, drones, automated phenotyping equipment, and research combines.
- →Perform all tasks in compliance with safety and stewardship policies, including completing required training courses.
- →Support the Trialing Manager with tasks like field layout, planting, phenotyping, and harvest to achieve desired results.
- →Communicate effectively with peers and supervisors regarding project status, work activities, and data quality.
Requirements

- ✓Experience with agricultural machinery and research equipment operation.
