- βExecute end-to-end Procure to Pay processes including invoice processing, payment execution, T&E processing, and supplier statement reconciliation
- βMaintain strict adherence to global standard processes and desktop procedures to deliver accurate, high-quality outputs
- βResolve queries from internal clients and external suppliers through voice and email channels
- βMonitor and ensure consistent achievement of Service Level Agreements
- βProactively identify and recommend process improvement opportunities
