About the Role
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Syngenta Digital. This role focuses on building and managing the technology talent pipeline for various tech positions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for technology positions including Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps, Tech Leads, Product Management, and Product Design
- →Act as a strategic consultant to hiring managers, understanding technical and business needs
- →Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract passive talent
- →Conduct behavioral and cultural fit interviews aligned with Syngenta Digital culture
- →Build and nurture talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions
- →Manage recruitment metrics and KPIs, proposing continuous improvements
- →Strengthen tech employer branding by representing company culture
- →Mentor other recruiters, sharing best practices
- →Implement process improvements with innovation and automation
- →Ensure exceptional candidate experience for all applicants
