About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Lead Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery for engineering and manufacturing projects. This role involves leading a team and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the agreed quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- βLead and develop a team of project managers and coordinators, giving clear direction and driving performance.
- βRun a successful project delivery department serving both internal and external customers.
- βCreate realistic, optimized project plans that maximize outcomes and secure resource allocation.
- βManage project budgets, risks and progress with clear forecasting and control.
- βMaintain strong stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle and act as the primary client contact.
- βWork with supply chain partners to improve quality, cost and delivery (QCD); typical client project value is under Β£1m.
