About the Role
We are looking for a Project Leader to provide technical design guidance and leadership on projects for Aftermarket customers in the Food or Pharmaceutical Packaging Industry. This role involves managing projects from beginning to final delivery and installation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Plan, organize, and lead individual customer machine projects from inception to completion, developing and maintaining work schedules, hours, costs, and communication.
- →Partner with customers, Center of Competence (CoC), 3rd party vendors, and Aftermarket Sales Managers on the quotation process and project status.
- →Resolve problems, address concerns, and answer questions during the project lifecycle, including quote, order, design, manufacture, installation, and inspection.
- →Act as the main point of contact for the project, providing regular updates, reports, and communication regarding project status to all stakeholders.
- →Travel to customer sites during large or complex installations and CoC for team building and project meetings.
- →Travel domestically and internationally approximately 10% of the time.
Requirements
- ✓Experience in project leadership within the Food or Pharmaceutical Packaging Industry.
- ✓Strong organizational and communication skills.
- ✓Ability to manage projects from inception to completion.
- ✓Experience with financial quoting and project management.
- ✓Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
