About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join Synthesia, the world’s leading AI video platform for business. This role focuses on driving growth through inbound prospecting activities and qualifying leads that could turn into opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive Synthesia’s growth through inbound prospecting activities
- →Qualify incoming leads via phone calls, emails, social media, events, webinars, and campaigns
- →Develop an in-depth understanding of lead generation processes
- →Create and activate email sequences and make cold calls
- →Conduct follow-up calls and emails until meetings are set
Requirements
- ✓Background in Sales/Recruitment or a keen interest in B2B Software/SaaS solutions
- ✓Interpersonal and presentation skills
- ✓Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- ✓Attention to detail and outstanding communication skills
- ✓Self-driven with a desire to help Synthesia grow
- ✓Entrepreneurial spirit and strong growth mindset
- ✓Ambitious and self-motivated with comfort in a quota-carrying environment
- ✓Commitment to being in our downtown office 5 days per week until hitting the monthly target
